Aliging with Lodha Palava’s initiative of sustainability and eco-friendly technology integration with their adoption of Smart Electricity Meters, the Kreative Access team adopted an animation-based explainer video approach to introduce the concept of Smart Electricity Meter, a smart electronic device that tracks and records the electricity consumption and communicates the information with the distribution network for monitoring and billing.
Additionally, the video would also act as an FAQs which would outline a step-by-step process on – Login via the mypalava portal, make payments, track consumption, and disconnection/reconnection process, etc.
