Kalpataru Privé vision by Renowned Architect Hans Brouwer, HB Design

As part of Kalpataru Privé, an upscale real estate brand launch by the Kalpataru group at Altamount Road, also known as Mumbai’s billionaire row, the client wanted to ensure that the key proposition of the brand – prime location coupled with upscale living – is clearly articulated.

Aligning with the key project proposition, and as part of the strategic rollout, we proposed and developed a packaged experiential video in collaboration with International Architect Hans Brouwer of HB Design, Singapore, to approach his vision for the project in the form of a story to further engage the multiple touch points from Channel Partners, to brand Investors, to the ultra-high-net worth individuals (potential investors). The video was successfully deployed in the potential market to generate the visibility of the brand among the strategically selective prospects and investors.
